Had mild intermeditant pain in left testis for months Scan- bilateral grade4 vericocele Doctor checked and told- grade2 on left testis Semen analysis (3day absence) Volume-2ml Count-12m/ml Moritility-20P+15np =35% Morphology- 2% Unmarried male 31y What should I do now. Do surgery? What are the risks of surgery? How to improve sperm count & quality? I'm afraid to do marriage now. What are the chances of natural pregnancy? Please help
