My son is 14 years old and his veins are not much visible so the doctors have to pierce at many places. Can anybody suggest what exercise she can do so the veins becomes more or easily be visible or is there any food which he can take before blood test. I don't want he to suffer the pain of piercing at different places.
Thanks.

There is nothing to worry about. Some people don't have many visible veins which is absolutely fine. What your doctor can do is use a tourniquet and ask your son to close and open his fist several times before piercing which will make the veins more visible .

As per your son's BMI he's in the overweight category so if he brings his weight down to a healthy weight it may be comparatively easier to withdraw the blood then. He should make a fist and flex his forearms repetitively and do the same when the torniquet is applied which will help the veins to be better visible.
