Vault after icl surgery
My ICL vault 15days after surgery is around 1350 microns in both eyes and 22/23mm Hg eye pressure.  Am I at risk for glaucoma? Should I have the ICL removed and a smaller size put in? My surgeon says the ICL will settle over time and I should not worry about this. I am 26/F and had the Visian+ ICL with aquaport

Vault of 1350 micron is a bit high. But again how much is the chamber depth, is there any crowding, are you on any drops etc. There are lot of things we need to evaluate before deciding this. You need close observation and follow up

In ICL, it’s not only the value of the vault which is important. It also depends on your eye anatomy. This question is best answered only after seeing the patient physically.
