Hello doctors, when I search reasons for my slight dizziness and immediate bowel movements, i came across something like vasovagal reflex. Can someone explain me what is this vasovagal reflex? Vasovagal Reflex ----- A sudden drop in heart rate and blood pressure leading to fainting, often in reaction to a stressful trigger. Common triggers include strain, stress, long periods of standing, heat exposure or the sight of blood.
Next Steps
For treatment as follow as 1- Don't take stress . 2- take less spicy and fatty foods. 3- Take protein containing food. 4- do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation if there is low blood pressure then take Electral powder and a lot of fluid.
