Varicocele right side
A doppler ultrasound scan is done and results shown Varicocele on right side only. I have itching on right scrotum few years back due to scabies. It was rectified but still slight itching is there. I don't know if it is relevant. I am doubtful about the scan results. Are they accurate? Do I need to go with second scan again or any other scan to verify the varicocele? It is grade 2. My sperm count was 14.6 million because of which we prescribed this scan by a urologist. I am currently prescribed tablets to increase sperm count since 70% of sperms are in good shape. I am confused! What to do? Is surgery the only option. I want to rule out doubt about varicocele first so I was asking about secondary scan.
