Varicocele grade 1 both sides
I have varicocele grade 1 on both sides without reflux on color Doppler. I have some pain in my veins sometimes after masturbarion. I attached my USG scrotum scan report for analysis .Will it affect my fertility ? Shall I take semen analysis teat to conform or no need to worry ??

Varicoceles have to be treated. There are many ways. Please consult a Urologist.
