Vain pain leg hand
Sir my wife facing problem hand and leg pain , when they touch cold water and felling cold air after that they having pain in both leg and hand which is very high. it is not happening daily basis but some time is is continue and some time it is after some day . kindly suggest

HELLO MAY BE SHE IS SENSITIVE TO COLD WATER TRY TO AVOID COLD WATER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT THE PRESENT SYMPTOM BYE

This may be due to various reasons. Diseases such as Addison's disease and autoimmune thyroid diseases can result in sensitivity to cold. Various thyroid and hyperthyroid conditions can cause this as well. check her for thyroid, cortisol,anemia and iron profile and peripheral vascular disease.Lupus may cause cold sensitivity in just the fingers. check her ANA also

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Certain tests are required for her so you have to take her to a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
You can give her tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
Tab. Shelcal HD once a day after food for a month.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks.
Tab. Livogen-z once a day after food for a month.
