Vaginal yeast infection
Hi. I have got recurring yesterday infection almost every month. It usually happens before periods. Sometimes it is twice a month. It started after my pregnancy. Pla suggest. I took medication once from general physician. Not much helpful.

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days for both man and wife and twice weekly thereafter for 6 weeks
Cansoft CL vaginum pessary at bedtime for 6 days when not having periods
Next Steps
Keep dry
Use Intiwash solution for cleaning vagina and vulva
Dermadew soap
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Barrier contraception like condom for 3 months to avoid ping pong infection
