I've got a hard lump inside my vagina and it's not painful I dont know since when I have this I just figured it out yesterday and I'm very concerned do I need to consult doctor

Consult with gynaecologist and get examined by her.After examination she will prescribe some medicine or investigation according to your problem.Try hot fomentation with antiseptic solution.
