Vaginal Laceration

Asked for Male, 28 Years

For past 2-3 days my wife is having a small laceration type thing in her private part. She has a history of Psoriasis for past 10 years. Due to the laceration she is applying "Sarfaz SN cream" but to no benefit. It is itching very much, but there is no pain. We don't know whether it is psoriatic patch or something else. Please help as it is becoming very difficult for her to do anything.
