Vaginal Itching and someWhite discharge.

C/o vaginal itching ,intermittent white discharge, burning sensation sometimes.all this after being sexually active. a month ago around aug 4 i had intercourse using condom.. then had i pill in 48hrs on 6th aug. i then had bleeding for 4 days frm 7 aug till 11aug. then itching started and lil dischrge but it stopped aftr 16 aug n i was normal.Now this time on 1 sep i had sex n then after i am having itching n intermittent white dischrge. also i shud get normal prds on 3rd or 4th sep. i havent had any prds in this month and as till july my cycle was normal of 28 days.. i m confused so as to wht is it .. pregnancy or some uti or any std or pid ? wht is it.. plz make an appropriate diagnosis. also i had metronidazole and fluconazol in aug. now again due to itching i had metronidazole since 2 days. plz guide. i am a medico as well .still need private guidance. thank u . reply asap..
