I have vaginal tightness and white three or four pimples on my vaginal lips and its ichy and paining it is what to do.? It looks like white heads i have got on my face.

Itch and pain are sign of infection. If pain is tolerable you can try and wait for its natural course.But if it is producing more discomfort then better get consulted .
