Vaginal Infection

Hi i don't know what happened but it started with little itching and now its a burning sensation and huge itching n i also have problem while urination. Should i just wait for sometime and keep it clean so that it will cure by itself or should i visit any doctor and if you suggest some medicine for instance relief it will be helpful because its driving me crazy.
