Vaginal infection. Be a serious issue?

From past one month I am suffering from vaginal burning , itching and redness.also sex is really painful for me because of this.i really feel more pain and burning after that. I have pcod.tried Allegra and nandimix oinment first after that taxim-o for uti.. recently went to the gyne and she suggest some medicine took them but getting no relief at all.i attached the prescription for the same. Also whenever I pass the stool blood comes out from that part. I can't have spicy food. Is it like I have piles too? I have constipation problem since childhood. One more is related to my throat also.. I always feel that there is cough stuck into my throat..took treatment but not effective at all... Please suggest something whom I need to consult and what kind of test I need to go through..it can be a serious issue? I have hyperprolactinoma too but recently done prolactin test and it was just 3.5.. Please help me out..I always feel tried.m  overweight too tried gym yoga diet but not able to loose.
