Vaginal discharge & pain urination

Asked for Female, 15 Years

Recently had unprotected sex just a week ago and the day after I noticed yellow discharge on my undergarments , its been like this for a week now and currently I have a burning sensation whenever I urinate and my vagina is sometimes in discomfort
