Vaginal burning, discharge and pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I've been with my partner for a year and always had him as my partner, but the last couple of times we've had sex I've developed burning in my vagina during and after intercourse, and I'm now bleeding and producing an orange/brown discharge. It's causing me significant pain but I had an STI check last month and it came back clear.
