Protection wise both are same. Painless vaccine decrease the number of injection, of course cause less-pain or redness or swelling, mercury free Cost is an issue. Other group of vaccine may require more number of injection to protect same number of diseases and cause fever for 2 days, redness for 2 days and swelling can be there for a week or two. So if affordability is not an issue, then less-pain better as compared to routine vaccine
