My mom was vaccinated yesterday. What are the precautions she is supposed to take. There are gossips around stating she can't lift weights with the had she got vaccine on and she can't be exposed to Sun n diet. Please advise

She should take healthy nutritious food after vaccination
Tab dolo 650 if fever present and no other medications recommended as they subside eventually

Hi.its nothing like that..she can do everything..she can everything..and she can go even to sun exposed as well.
Next Steps
If any kind of symptoms.like fever bodyache. Pain on vaccination point just take paracetamol

Just give her a Dolo 650 if she gets fever or pain on the site of injection

Just ask her to rest for 2-3 days if she has any symptoms like body pain / fever / headache you can give her tab PCM
Apart from that no other precautions as such are needed
