Me and my family everyone had covid 2.5 months ago. Two were mild and two were moderate(and hospitalised). Which vaccine we should prefer? Heard a lot of adverse effects and fatalities after covishield.

That’s a rumour. Vaccine do have rare complications, but they are safe for majority of population. Get vaccinated after 3 months of recovery.
