I am moving to UK on 16th. Before that I was thinking if I could get a shot of Influenza and Pneumonia vaccines. I asked the ENT doctor near me, he said this can only be prescribed by general physician.
Is prescription required for this?
If not, can you please suggest the above vaccinations and can they be taken on the same day? Because I have 1-2 days in hand. Thanks.

You can get an Intranasal flu vaccine (nasal spray) prescribed by your nearby physician instead of an injection (shot). PCV (Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine) in India has been added to National Immunization Program for children very recently so PCV adult shot is only given to at risk individuals. Preferably a 4 weeks gap is given between two different vaccines to avoid interaction and any adverse reactions must be informed asap.
