Hello, for your information , the vaccination done for pertussis is considered painful or painless. At any govt. Centre, whole cell pertussis component is used which can also cause fever, so also known as painful.
You have an option to choose between acellular component of pertussis or whole cell component at a Pvt. centre. Acellular pertussis component generally do not cause fever and is also known as painless.
