Hello doctors ,
I got my 1st dose of covishield vaccine yesterday around 10 am ..it's almost more than 24 hours I didn't get any symptoms such as fever or body ache .only the area where the injection was inserted pains sometimes. Is it worrying as I heard almost eveyone who took this vaccine suffered from fever ..please clarify
