Kidney stones are always a risk factor for UTI. The stone which is not seen in current ultrasound is either passed out of body or just slipped down in to lower ureter that can be missed on USG. If you are not having any pain in abdomen than nothing to be done for stone otherwise a NCCT KUB is required to confirm presence of stone, Continue medication advised for UTI.
