I am 35 week pregnant My urine test shows 20–25 pus cells, but I don’t have any symptoms. I only have white vaginal discharge, but there’s no odor and no itching. Should we check for asymptomatic UTI and treat it to prevent complications?

Absolutely, asymptomatic Uti must be treated in pregnancy as your immune response is low at this time. It can quickly become systemic infection. Also preterm rupture of membrane is more common with asymptomatic UTI
