UTI having inflammation
Hello Doctor I am having inflammation after passing urine last week it has started suddenly with motions and inflammation while passing urine. Now it was mild inflammation while passing urine during the day it's fine but early in the morning has inflammation. Presently I am taking syrup potklor 2 times a day 10 ml in a glass of water. Suggest some diet and medication. I am on medication for hypertension cilidin 10 mg. Attached my previous cue report

How much is your daily water intake?? Any fever episodes?? Is there an improvement after starting the syrup?? Sexual history is also required.
