UTI and non safe medications

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, I am 32 weeks 5 days pregnant and scared to take these injections or medication lab has not been tested safe side antibiotics in urine culture and sensitivity for specific bacteria in pregnancy what medication can I choose for better treatment for safety of my baby and me. attaching report.
