Today In my mother USG report it shows Adenomyotic change seen in posterior wall of uterus and Subserus myoma at fundus of uterus. What does it mean please explain and treatment for this please. Is it dangerous?? Is this tumor??

Adenomyosis is in homogeneous whorl like pattern seen in muscle or myomere I of Uterus
This may provoke too much bleeding .
Subserous fibroid is not dangerous at all but depends on the size ,., it may cause frequent urination and less movements of Fallopian tubes when trying conceive
