Today I came to know that I have intramural fibroid of 4.3xu3.2 cm in size. I Have frequent menstruals right now. Doctor asked me for hysterectomy.
My question is can I go for UFE instead of hysterectomy. Also, about UEF's future complications

Hysterectomy is not the preferred option in your case.
You can also opt for myomectomy (removal of fibroids).
The main thing is why do you want to undergo surgery for fibroids ?
This question is important because so many "indications" for Uterine artery embolization also figure in the list of "complications" due to UFE. So if you are going to have the same symptoms (some of them) before or after UFE then why should you have this procedure?
