FIGO grade 1cancer detected. Uterus cancer. Features are consistent with well differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma FIGO Grade 1. On immunohistochemistry, P53 shows wild type staining in the gland. Mib-1 labelling index is low. P16 shows equivocal. ...please suggest what needs to do for the same. We have done the biopsy on 21 March 19, so from that date till today can we found the stage right now with any kind of test? Or what best option for the same. 2 years after marriage and no baby till date. Patient also have thyroid.

Need to do Mri pelvis with ct thorax abdomen to evaluate the stage and spread of disease. If disease is localised to pelvis only then would advise surgery depending on the Mri/ct scan findings..
