No dear endometrial hyperplasia is not cancer . It is precancerous.

1. Simple hyperplasia without atypical cells -1% 2. Simple hyperplasia with atypical cells-2% 3. Complex hyperplasia with out atypical cells-8% 4. Complex hyperplasia with atypical cells -28 %

Its not 100% suggestive of ca.. probability of having ca is higher.. get a biopsy done

Nope. There are different variations in endo hyperplasia. Doctor evaluates the other risk factors like obesity , PCOS, hypertension,  Diabetes etc  and takes a call whether this endo hyperplasia needs any biopsy.  Simple hyperplasia without atypia is of no worry.  However one need to take treatment for the same and repeat biopsy or scan.
