Uterine fibroid or pcod
I have hypothyroidism since 8 years.take thyroxine 75 mg..21/4/22 tsh is 2.38.I got period regular( 4-6days early period)  bleed 2days heavy 3 day spoting  no pain in abdomen only some times kidney side  slightly pain on period (I have kidney stones left and right side 2mm-4mm) .but from January 2022,february,march aprl 2022 I have peiods 1 1/2 day  or 1 3/4 day only bleeding and stops on 2ndday. Some times 3 day spotting.i had period 2may 2022 very less bleding only 2 spoon and stops suddenly that day,again I had period  28 may 2022 1st very less bleed (3 spoons) 2nd day  wet half sanitary pad,3rd day nothing.again in the month of June 25/6/22 peiod occurs 1st day  wet half pad,2nd day also same,3rd and 4th day spotting.from may to June I have no pain abdomen no back pain,but pimples on face starts 2 pimples  comes on every month and goes. Now iam uncomfortable on left side (uterus side) this psychological feeling or not.can I have uterus fibroid? how many  days  want to form fibroid?

With your history you should get a sonography done. It should preferably be done in the second half of your periods. Sonography will show any fibroids, size of the uterus ,  thickness of the endometrium,  any Follicles in the ovaries. Further management as per the sonography report.
