Already taking nexito and petril 0.5 for 1 months do I need to stop the petril 0.5 when fever kicks in or can I continue the medicine during fever also ?

You can continue the medicines during fever but continue only for the prescribed duration and see a Psychiatrist after that for the dose adjustment. Don't continue as your own without consulting a Psychiatrist
