Please help me is growing stopped?

Note: I faced bleeding issue on 3rd month pregnancy and I took susten tab and progesterone injection/weekly upto anamoly scan ..after taking tab it stopped

Yes the first ultrasound showed iugr and there has been no growth in ac since then
This is unrelated to the bleeding issue in 3rd month
