Hi..I got my TIFFA scan done on 12.07.23 which was overall normal but there was a lag of almost 2 weeks in growth as per LMP and scan. I had also underwent amniocentesis after getting high quadruple marker risk for T21 being 1:65 however the amniocentesis FISH and CMA report both are normal. Now again I went for a scan on 20.7.23 which again showed growth lag of 2 weeks. My gynaecologist has after this scan started ecosprin 150 mg although my BP is normal as of now. I am taking high protein diet including chicken soup and 2 egg whites daily.
Can this IUGR/ growth lag be covered with medication and protein diet?
