I was feeling heaviness in lower right side of back..So I went for usg...What is the meaning of the entities found in report?What do I need to do for them?Plz reply...

Consult with gynaecologist and repeat ur USG after 3 months for mild hydronephrosis. U can do USG after voiding also.

please get USG rechecked after voiding to see status of Right kidney if right kidney fullness goes away post void, nothing to worry for kidneys but if it persists, then you need evaluation by urologist.
For cyst of ovary, please consult a gynecologist.
