Gallbladder is physiologically distended. Wall thickness appears normal. Comet tail artefacts noted in
anterior wall of gall bladder. No intraluminal pathology (Calculi/mass) could be detected.
Adenomyomatosis of gall bladder.
Is it serious condition??
