USG of LABD- AVMS

USG of LABD- AVMS

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I recently have done a lower abdomen USG to check the status of my PCOD as I was having trouble in menstrual cycle in previous months. USG showed small cysts in both ovaries and signs of AVMS with EMT being 0.55cm. What could be the reason (I have not undergone any kind of surgery before)? Also should I be worried and how can I cure this symptoms?
