After stepping in which week of pregnancy , should we go for anomaly scan?
And the week is counted from when??
LMP or usg gestational age

Counting is done from day one of the periods that is lmp
If there is a history of delayed periods or if you do not remember the lmp then the weeks would be calculated from the ultrasound gestational age in the first scan
