Useof tranexamic acid &mefenamic acid ta
I have PCOD. I am 35 female. I got period after 2 months and i have continuous bleeding for the past 1 month. I am using tranexamic acid and mefenamic tablets 500mg for 3 days 3 doses. But still i have bleeding with clots. Please help me regarding this. I used these tablets earlier twice( 2 years back)

Take Trapic E three times a day for three days in place of Trapic MF

Take 3 oranges daily Take a boiled egg daily Syrup Dexorange two spoons three times a day with a glass of water for a month

First check for pregnancy and also go for a ultrasound  pelvis as soon as possible.
