You can There is media hype about b12 causes acne but it's not proven beyond doubt However I'll highly suggested against just having b12 for pain in back and numbness in foot It actually means something is pressing on the nerves Physiotherapy may be needed Calcium Vit D supplements +++ Good diet Exercise +++ B12 and nerve protectant agents are just temporary fix

You can.. however treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
