Can I use kojivit and tertinoin cream together on alternative basis. Kindly give me a guidance I have blemishes and want to improve my skin colour.

Please understand that these creams should not be used for " all over skin lightening". They are for specific concerns like hyperpigmentation, age related changes, acne etc. So I hope you are using this under a dermatologist's guidance or you are at risk of side effects. In an ideal scenario, these to combined increase the potential for irritation. That said, if you can tolerate it, and your dermatologist has seen that you have an actual indication for these two meds, you can use it on alternate days, with loads of sunscreen as well. Please do use these under a dermatologist's guidance.
