If you are not in body building or any specific requirements so don't go for any supplements. You can get enough protien from natural food. If you still want to go for it then take proper guidance from dietician an analyse your total requirements n then opt for it.
Next Steps
consult with nutritionist

According to your height and ideal body weight, you should take balanced diet. This balanced diet should contain wholesome grains, vegetables, fruits, dryfruits, milk and milk product and egg and non-veg (if you are non vegetarian). SO, there will be no need of taking whey protein.
