Tretinoin can make the skin sensitive in the long run. I would not recommend but instead at night 3 days a week you can apply E Clat Retinol Serum Other nights apply Glo Blanc night cream Contact: six two nine one seven six seven two zero eight for the medications. Review after 8 weeks

Hello, I would suggest you to use OTC retinoids like retises first as they are less irritating. Using retino-A without proper advice can also lead to retinoid dermatitis so proper details of your skin is required.Once your skin is okay with low concentration of retinols then you can go for tretinoin.Let your skin get primed( prepared) before using this high potent retinoid. Photosensitivity, History of pregnancy/ marital status/ history of breastfeeding everything is important before using retinoid

Well you can use retino. If it irritates you may reduce frequency to alt days or so. I can see that u have few black spots. Recommend that you get them removed by electrocautery. Your face will get better.
