Too far fetched thinking.
You don't know whether your wife is pregnant or not. You want to ensure that there should be no harm to the embryo.
Please appreciate that even if your wife is pregnant there is no connection between the embryo and your wife's circulation via blood stream, because embryo has no blood stream. And by the time the circulation develops the cream will finish.
So treat your wife for the problem that she has.
