6w+5 Fetal pole w/ no cardiac activity
I got my TVS done at 6w+5. There was a fetal pole seen with no traceable heartbeat. Good decidual reaction w/ good perisac flow noted.
I have decided to wait for another 10 days to make any further decisions. Advice?

Heart beat should appear at 7 weeks
Repeat ultrasound after a week
If not seen then this is not a normal pregnancy
U will hv to proceed with termination of pregnancy
