Use of honey
As someone told me, we have to avoid sugar, salt in covid treatment...is it correct...? and can we use Use Honey instead of using Sugar...?

Do not fall in trouble based on rumours. Sugar is not contraindicated. Obviously Honey has some medicinal value and can act as a immunity booster. But it doesn't prevent COVID. Only mask physical distancing handwashing and vaccination can do so.

Sugar and salt do not have specific contraindications in covid 19 treatment . Given that , an excessive intake of sugar and salt is not advised for the general well being. You can very well use honey instead of sugar.
