I am a diabetic and recently I have been advised to take ecosprin 75 once daily after dinner. Kindly advise on potential side effects. Rajesh

As per NICE GUIDELINES UK.. u may not ecosprin if u don't have many risk factors for heart problems Check with ur Dr...
