Currently my baby is 7 months old. I use stroller for her for morning and evening walk(hardly half an hour). But people around me are giving mixed reviews for stroller. Some say we have to use strollers only after 10 months. Some say it will affect spinal cord. I'm confused. Please help.

The baby can sit with support at 6 months and without support at 7 months. So it is ok to take the baby out in a stroller. Don't listen to "people" always consult a doctor. If the baby is happy, stroller is a good idea

Hello,
Baby starts sitting completely after 9 months, hence no pressure on the back.
You have to be extra careful now with stroller.
Take care.

Once the baby sits by itself that is by eight months, she will slowly start to walk with support. You don't have to unnecessarily cause extra strain on her by using stroller this early in children. They will grow at their own pace. There is no proven studies linking stroller to spinal issues. But my advice is to let them grow at their pace. Stroller is not going toale them walk or run faster.
