Usage of menstrual cups or tampons

Asked for Female, 29 Years

From last 2 to 3 years I have been using tampons but lot of people tel me that it is unhealthy to be used but I find it comfortable. Need to check shall I switch to menstrual cups, if tampons are considered bad? I am an unmarried girl not sure if cups can suit me or may loosen the private part of mine

I would suggest you to continue using tampons at present Only thing you should be precautious of is hygeine and replace tampons every 4 hours like the sanitary napkins Menstrual cup is a good option but would b difficult for u to use as you are unmarried but in menstrual cup same principle applies of hygeine and replacement after cleaning it properly
