Lost tampon?

I don't remember if I put a tampon in or not so I am worried that one is stuck. I put my finger in my vagina to search and don't think I felt anything but I'm not sure. However, when I pulled my finger out, there was blood on it; does that mean I don't have one in?

Most unlikely there is no tampon left there ,as otherwise u would have had no blood on ur finger,but if you get an internal check up done by a Gynaecologist ur doubts would be put to rest.
